Trump Suggests Lifting Sanctions on Russia to Save the Dollar If He Wins Next U.S. Election
Formal U.S. President, Donald Trump has hinted on removing U.S. Sanctions on Russia if he becomes the president of the United States on the next polls, come 2024.
According to Trump, these Sanctions weaken the dollar against other world currencies.
Trump warned of losing currency dominance to countries like China, as he urged for limited use of Sanctions.
Speaking, he said:
You are losing Iran, you are losing Russia. China is trying to make its currency the dominant currency. There are so many conflicts with all these countries that you will lose the dominance to the dollar. I want to use sanctions as little as possible.
