Ini Umoren’s Friend Bids Her Farewell As She Is Buried Today
Umoh Uduak has written a touching tribute to her friend,
Iniobong Umoren who died after she went to search for a job she applied for on
the internet.
Read what Umoh Uduak wrote below,
“Guy, I have never thought of a day that I would bid you
farewell but it saddens my heart that I have to do that today. You’ll forever
be in my heart. Farewell! And for those that committed such horrible things to
you, God will not let them go unpunished.”
Recall that it was Umoh Uduak who raised an alarm that her
friend, Ini Umoren was missing on the 29th of April 2021. It was Uduak’s tweet
that made police officials to initiate an investigation which finally led to
the arrest of Frank Akpan, Ini’s alleged murderer.
Other young Nigerians on Twitter wrote warm messages to Umoh
Uduak and most of them emphasized that justice must be served.

lured, raped, killed and dismembered since 29th April if you hadn’t raised that
alarm? There was nothing more you could have done that you didn’t do. May God
grant Hiny’s soul eternal rest.”

brilliant day you hear the voice of Jesus telling you to wake up & come
out, sleep well. Your memory will never be forgotten and justice will be served
