Bayelsa United forward Robert Mizo is celebrating his goal in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Mizo last weekend scored twice in Prosperity Boys’ 2-1 win against Kwara United on Sunday at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa.
Mizo revealed that one thing he needs to add to his game is goals.
He has appeared in four games for Bayelsa United this season.
“It was something I wanted to add to my game, score more goals, so it was good to score two,” Mizo told lodgexpress.
“It’s always a great feeling to score a goal, especially in a stadium like ours, and it’s nice to be able to help the team.
“It was really nice to get back to scoring after the disappointing results of the last two games.
“Obviously, it was my fourth appearance of the season and it was good to come out and be a part of the attack. It’s good to know that the coach has faith in me.”
