Bandits Kill Man, Kidnap Wife In Suleja
A man identified as Nicholas Akhere and some others were killed as bandits
invaded Kwankwashe community in Suleja local government area of Niger state.
It was earlier reported that two persons and a six-year-old child were
killed during the attack which occurred on Wednesday night, May 19.
The bandits reportedly broke into different houses in the community and
whisked away residents who couldn’t run fast during the raid. Some children
were reported to be among the unspecified abductees.
One James Oboh Alex, who confirmed the development on Friday, May 21, said
Akhere’s wife was among the 12 persons abducted by the bandits.
